主要职责－KEY RESPONSIBILITIES：
l Lead the scientific discovery and preclinical development of next generation immunotherapies
l Design and execute in vitro & in vivo studies in collaboration with external vendors
l Manage the program and present program data/update internally and externally
l Opportunity to explore on CMC development, analytical development, and IND submission
l Collaborate with translational research team and clinical development team to pursue the most promising clinical candidate
l Regular literature review and landscape analysis
l Participate in BD evaluation activities
l Ph.D. in cancer biology, molecular biology, immune-oncology or related fields with 3+ years of industry experience
l Deep understanding in tumor biology and technical expertise in antibody-based drug discovery and development
l Ability to independently design experiments, interpret results and strong problem-solving skills
l Project leader experience in pharmaceutical companies or expertise in protein engineering will be a plus
l Scientifically self-motivated and excellent research capabilities
l Leadership spirit and great communication skills, with proficiency in both spoken and written English
